Hey guys! Today I've got a review for you of the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. The Naked 3 palette is full of beautiful, neutral and rosy pink shades.
The shadows come in this beautiful, rose gold hard tin container - something I favour a little more than the original Naked palette as I find it's container wears quite easily whereas this one certainly won't. The eyeshadows are all lovely and pigmented as you'd expect for the price and it features 2 matte shades with the rest being shimmery shades - especially Dust, Buzz and Trick which have lovely sparkly fleck in them.
The two matte shades Limit and Nooner are great as blending colours and in the crease. I find that Dust in particular produces a fair amount of fall out but it is nonetheless a beautiful shade. I absolutely love Strange which is the white in the palette, it makes a perfect highlight for the brow bone. It looks fairly matte and to be honest it is but it does have a little bit of shimmer in it which you can tell when it's on the eye. Despite being themed as an all pink palette, the darker colours don't really have any pink specks or undertones to them with the darkest (Blackheart) having more red in it than anything. Even so, they are still really nice shades and go nicely with the rest of the palette.
Overall, I do like the Naked 3 palette. Visually, it's a beautiful palette to look at - in packaging and with the shadows themselves. In Naked style, these colours are still all neutral and great for everyday with the darker colours allowing you to intensify a look into something more night time if you wish. This is a nice palette for people who want to try something a little more different the standard brown tones but still want something that isn't too out there. My dog seems to approve too!
I got my palette from Debenhams, which you can find on their site here.
Thanks for reading this review, I hope you found it help. Let me know what you think of the Naked 3 palette, do you have any favourite shades? Mine are Strange, Dust and Trick!
