OOTD: 30/12/13.

Hello everyone! Today's post is an outfit of the day - enjoy.

I kept it really casual today starting off with a pair of navy, skinny jeans which I rolled up at the ankles. With the jeans, I wore my new black and grey oversized Superdry t-shirt. On top of the t-shirt, I wore a navy cable knitted cardigan. For footwear, I went with my new Converse which are the Shearling Dainty High Tops.

And that's the outfit! Thank you very much for reading - please leave any comments or suggestions down below!

What I Got For Christmas! Part 2 - Skincare, Beauty & Fragrance.

Hello! This is going to be the second part of my 'What I Got For Christmas' post! This part is going to be on the beauty, skincare and fragrance gifts that I received. Enjoy!

So, I got quite a few perfumes this year and the first of them is Giorgio Armani Diamonds - Black Karat. I've never tried or smelt this scent before but I actually really like it. It's a little muskier than scents I usually go for, but I do like it nonetheless.

Next on perfumes, I got Vera Wang's Princess - this is one of my favourite perfumes and I finished my last bottle of it quite a while a go so I was really happy to have it again. I adore the scent and the bottle is so cute!

The third perfume I got is Paco Robanne's Lady Million. Again, I've had this perfume before but had run out of it and so I was very happy to get it again. It smells so good and is one of my more mature smelling perfumes.

Lastly in fragrances, I received Britney Spears' Midnight Fantasy. I love Britney Spears' perfumes - they all just smell so nice. They are quite fruity in smell - especially this one which is probably my favourite.

Moving on to beauty now, I received my first ever premium beauty product this Christmas and it was the Naked palette. This is a palette I have been eyeing up for ages now and have always wanted. The packaging is so beautiful and all the shades are lovely and so pretty to look at. I know I will get a lot of use out of this and I cannot wait to start trying out makeup looks!

I also got another premium beauty product which is from the brand NARS. I got a gift set which contained a duo palette of the infamous Laguna bronzer and a blush in shade Angelika. I also got a lipgloss that matches the blush. I love the shades of both products and I can't wait to try them out.

Next, I got Sleeks Blush By 3 palette in the shade Pink Sprint. It has 3 shades of pink blush as you can see ranging in different kinds of finishes. I love pink blush and I love Sleek so this is pretty ideal for me!

The final beauty product I received is MUA's Heaven and Earth palette. This is a palette I already own but it was in pretty horrible condition and as it is one of my favourite go-to palettes, I'm really glad to have a new one.

Onto skincare, I got the L'oreal Post Party Beauty SOS kit. It contains a purifying liquid (basically a toner) and a daily moisturiser. I've heard quite a lot about these products - especially the purifying liquid and so I'm looking forward to giving them a go!

The very final present I received was this moisturising body lotion from the brand Rose & Co. I had seen a Beauty Guru on Youtube with some of this brands products and I really liked the look of them so I asked for this Lemon Bon Bon body lotion. It smells gorgeous!

And that's more or less it for the beauty, skincare and fragrance gifts I received this year! That's also it for all of the presents I got, I really hope you liked this post. Thank you so much for reading, let me know what you got this year too by leaving a comment down below!

What I Got For Christmas! Part 1 - Fashion and Accessories!

Hello all! First off, I hope every one of you had a truly wonderful Christmas! In this post I'm going to share with you all of the amazing gifts I got - I am truly grateful and blessed to have such an amazing, generous people in my life and it is them that I most grateful for.

I'm gonna split this post into two separate ones: one which will feature the beauty, skincare and fragrance presents that I received & then another one on the fashion and accessories. This post is going to be on the fashion and accessory presents that I got! So yeah - enjoy! (Quick side note - apologies for the over exposure in some photos - lighting sucked so I used my in camera flash. Some items therefore aren't exactly true to their colour but hey ho!)

So, the first thing I got were of course my floral Dr Martens which as you know, I got early! These are the floral 1460's and I absolutely love them. They go with everything and are amazing quality. They really stand out and make a lovely addition to an outfit.

Next off, I got these Converse high tops. I love my Converse and these ones are a little different. They are actually suede and have this lovely, warm fluffy inside. They are also in the dainty style so the sole is not as chunky as original Converse.

I received this lovely beanie hat too, and it's just a plain cream one from Asos with this cute little bobble on top. It's thick and cable knit so it's going to be perfect for cold weather.

Next we have this Cath Kidston bag which is something I have wanted since i clocked eyes on it in Selfridges. It's in this absolutely beautiful floral pattern and I just can't wait to start using it for Uni. It's the perfect size for everything I will need to bring and you can just tell it's great quality.

Still on bags, I also got this cream satchel from Forever21. I think it's very sophisticated and girly and is a decent size for taking the little essential things I will want if I am popping out or going shopping!

Back onto Cath Kidston, I received this lovely mini purse which I wanted for when I just want to take a little bit of money out or If I'm just heading to the shops or something. It's super cute and actually matches my bag really well which I didn't realise, haha.

The last bag I received was this tan, River Island one. I have one very similar which I got a few years back from there but to my sadness it's sort of.. falling apart haha. Well, the strap is wearing a bit but I really love the bag so I'm so happy I have a similar replacement incase it ever breaks. It looks more or less the same but it is a little bigger which again is perfect for Uni!

On to clothes now, I got this black and grey Superdry top. I love casual, black and white / grey tops, I think they are super trendy and got great with Converse which I have a lot of. This top is really soft and made very well - Superdry is one of my favourite brands.

Next, I got this long sleeved Baseball style raglan top. I have wanted one of these for AGES but could never find one that was either plain, or the right fit and style. This however, is PERFECT!

The last clothing item I received was this thick, knitted cardigan. I love these types of cardigans and they are my favourite to pair with dresses and layer with on cold days. This is in a dark navy colour and I believe it is from Boohoo.

The last gift for this post that I got was this beautiful necklace from Warren James, it is real silver and has absolutely beautiful purple stone hanging from it. Purple is my favourite colour and I really do love this!

And that's everything I got in the fashion and accessories categories! Thank you for reading! Once again, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. What did you guys get? Stay tuned for the next part of this post!

REVIEW: Soap and Glory's Peaches and Clean.

Hello! Today I've got a review for you on Soap and Glory's Peaches and Clean cleanser. This product is a 3 in 1 purifying, wash-off cleanser and it contains ingredients that help to increase circulation and fight ageing. It is also rich in both antioxidants and vitamins.

The first thing that interested me about this cleanser was its consistency. It's basically like a moisturiser which I found quite strange. It doesn't really foam up very much when you apply it to your face but it does still apply nicely.

It has a pleasant smell and doesn't cause any irritation to any areas of my face. This is good as I tend to have quite sensitive skin. I use this as more or less a normal face wash and what I like most is that it does indeed make my skin feel and look cleaner, but it also makes me skin feel as if it has been moisturised. It leaves my face feeling soft and smooth - unlike some face washes that can leave the skin feeling fairly dry.

From previous reviews I have read and from my own experience, this product could have multiple uses. As I said it washes and cleanses the face nicely but also moisturises it. This I think is a really good feature of the product because you're getting more than one product in one.

Overall, I like this cleanser and I think it is worth the try. I personally love Soap and Glory products and this one is no exception to that.

Have you tried Peaches and Clean? What do you think?
Thank you for reading!

NOTD: Blue & Glitter.

Hey! Today's post is a nail of the day - enjoy!

I'm quite liking glitter top coats lately after getting my newest Barry M one and so that's what I am wearing today. The main colour I have one is part of Barry M's Gelly range and it's in the shade 'Blueberry'.

Next off, I added Barry M's 'Diamond Glitter' top coat to give it a bit more of a festive, shimmery look. I really love this top coat and it goes with and adds that little something to any colour you can think of. It's an extremely versatile top coat and I'm really enjoying it lately!

Finally, to protect the colour and add that little bit more shine, I put a clear top coat on top of the nail polish. The top coat I used is from 2True and it's currently my favourite top and base coat as it really does its job and well!

And that's it, thanks for reading! What colour are your nails currently?!

Skin and Hair Care Haul!

Hey! I've got a little haul for you today. I picked up some skin and hair care things yesterday from Superdrug and here's what I got...

So, first of all I picked up some more toner. Toner particularly helps me preventing and treating spots on my skin so I always like to make sure I have some. Simple is one of my favourite brands as it contains no perfumes or nasty chemicals.

Next off I picked up 2 face masks. These are in tubes as you can see so they have a good few uses in them and there were part of a deal of 2 for £3.50 - can't complain! One is a Vitamin E moisture mask and the other is an exfoliating berry one.

I also picked up a leave in hair serum from TRESemme. Haircare is important to me considering I dye and style my hair with heat so it's always nice to pick up and try new products like this to help get my hair soft, smooth and free from split ends and breakage.

Lastly, I picked up some hair spray. Currently I am using a hairspray from Aussie but I wanted to try something new. I have heard good things about TRESemme hair sprays and so I got this one.

And that's it! Just a little haul as you can see, but I look forward to writing some reviews on these products as most of them I haven't tried before.

Thank you very much for reading! Leave me any comments or suggestions - I love hearing from you!

This is another of S&G's more well known products. It has marshmallow scents running through it.
